• The city, state may come up as “Morrisville, PA”
• You can also map “Hampton Inn & Suites Newtown”. It is 1000 Stony Hill Road & shares a parking lot with us.

From Points South (Philadelphia)

1. Take I-95 North to exit 49 (the exit sign reads: Newtown/Yardley).
2. Make a left at the traffic light at the top of the ramp, onto Route 332 West.
3. You will cross over I-95; make second left onto Stony Hill Road (this is a very short distance).
4. The buildings are immediately on your left.
5. Turn left into Lower Makefield Corporate Center driveway.
6. Building 1010 is numbered on the upper corner in white letters. (Prudential Fox Roach & Wells Fargo are also in the building).
7. Park front or back of building.
8. Office is located on 3rd floor. Suite 375. It is badge access only. Please use the buzzer upon arrival.

From Points North (NYC/New Jersey)

1. Take I-95 South to exit 49 (the exit sign reads: Newtown/Yardley).
2. Bear right at off ramp.
3. Make first left onto Stony Hill Road.
4. See ABOVE (Points South (Philadelphia) directions) for rest.

From the PA Turnpike

1. Take exit 28 (exit sign reads: Route 1, Morrisville/Philadelphia).
2. Go through toll plaza, head straight toward Route 1 North/Morrisville.
3. Yield onto Route 1 North; continue north for approx 10 miles.
4. Take either I-95 north exit and see above directions from I-95 or take next exit, which is Oxford Valley Road (Sesame Place exit).
5. Turn left at light onto Oxford Valley Road.
6. At 2nd light turn left onto Township Line Road (you will see signs for Big Oak Road if going right and you will see Kohl's shopping center on your right).
7. Stay straight approx 3 - 5 miles (pass rail road tracks); continue through two traffic lights & stay straight.
8. Lower Makefield Corporate Center campus is on right side prior to reaching the next light
9. Building 1010 is numbered on the upper corner in white letters. (Prudential Fox Roach & Wells Fargo are also in the building).
10. Park front or back of building.

From Route 1 South (New Jersey)

1. Pass through the Route 1 toll bridge.
2. Take exit for Oxford Valley Road; turn right at end of ramp onto Oxford Valley Road.
3. At next light turn left onto Township Line Road.
